Team quality is important at Print House. And the skills and experience of each team member is valued, not only by Print House, but by their customers. Quality is important when buying printing, but other factors have a big influence too, like telephone service, turnaround for quotations, pre-press services, timeliness, meeting delivery deadlines to name a few. And relationships are a big factor. Customers like to deal with people they know and people who know them. Staff stability is important in any business and it's a key issue for Print House management.

As CEO Brett Phillips says, "We've built a good team over the years and we work together very well. What we want more of now is to grow our consistency as the business continues to grow. That's where we're putting our energy with WORKLINX."


Brett explains, "In a recent survey, our customers scored us very well, but we don't want to get carried away by that. We're probably tougher on ourselves than they are. We've built new offices for our sales and pre-press teams to help our efficiencies and communications. We've also hired a new Sales Manager. All this has increased our requirement for work details and procedures. Drilling down in jobs and capturing information in WORKLINX will help us confirm and maintain consistent services - well that's the plan."
